The work is high volume and detail intensive. Before Henry, much of the process required long hours spent organizing materials, packaging analysis, and turning underwriting into client-ready output. The underwriting itself still matters most, but the administrative and presentation layer around it can consume enormous time.

The Impact

Traver said Henry has been especially helpful in producing valuations faster and moving from evaluation work into OM creation more quickly. The platform still requires edits and refinement, especially around formatting and presentation, but even with those adjustments the time savings are meaningful.

“Putting this work and analysis in front of clients quicker has been really, really helpful,” he said.

Why It Matters

Traver has only been using Henry for about a month, so he was careful not to overstate hard ROI yet. He expects the clearer quantitative picture to emerge over the next quarter as the team reviews valuation volume and output more closely. Even without that data, the immediate value is obvious: more speed, more throughput, and less time lost to repetitive administrative work.
